Introduction
SERP Enterprises, Inc., a Portland, Oregon based company, provides services for those experiencing developmental disabilities. SERP's services include:
- Vocational Services
- Recreation and Leisure Activities
- Respite
- Alternatives to Employment

- 1-on-1 Services
- Alternative School
SERP's mission is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their efforts to become better integrated into their communities. We do this by increasing their independence through employment and community access opportunities which promote integration and financial self-sufficiency.
To this end, SERP's ownership shall ensure qualified staff and adequate resources are available to assist the individuals in this endeavor. These services will be delivered in a manner which promotes the general welfare of people with developmental disabilities without regard to race, creed, sexual orientation or disability.
